How do I sign up?

Joining the FlashField ecosystem is easy! Start by signing up with us to create your account. Once your account is created, you'll be asked to fill out some basic information - this is to verify that you are a person and not a bot. Upon verification, you will receive an email confirming your account. Click the link in the email and you are ready to go!

How can I find the right surveys for me to take?

You can browse through active surveys from your dashboard. We might also invite you to participate in surveys that you are eligible for. We base this on the information in your profile, so including more details lets us send you more surveys that are right for you. Each survey also comes with its own requirements for eligibility that can only be screened for during the survey.

Can I sign up in person?

Where is your office?

FlashField has locations in over 15 countries around the world. Our main office is in Miami, Florida, USA.

What do I need to get started?

To get started with FlashField, you will need an internet-enabled device and an internet connection. FlashField Respondents also need to be above the age of 18.

Registration
What is the registration process like?

Registration is easy for all respondents. Start your registration by signing up here. Register yourself as a Respondent or a Healthcare Provider by answering all the required questions as prompted. Your answers will be used for verification and to get you started with surveys you are eligible for.

Do I have to fill out the whole form to start taking surveys?

You only need to answer required fields to get started. However, to find the right surveys for you, we advise Respondents to fill out as much information as they can.

How is my registration information used?

The information we gather during registration is strictly for verification and to match you with the right surveys. Strict privacy is maintained, and no identifying information is shared with any third-parties without your consent.

Who will be able to see my personal details?

Your information is stored securely with FlashField. We don't ask for any confidential information, and no identifying information is shared with third parties. Responses to surveys are used for research and development and are only shared with your consent.

Surveys
How long does it take to complete a survey?

Surveys can be as short as 5 minutes, or up to 45 minutes. We also conduct virtual interviews that can last between 60-90 minutes.

Do I have to answer all the questions asked?

All required fields need to be filled out authentically in order for the survey to be considered complete.

What is this information used for?
Arrow

The information you share is used for research and development, and can influence new and existing products, services, and operations of companies and institutes across industries.

Can I retake a survey?
Arrow

A completed and submitted survey cannot be taken again. You can restart an incomplete survey as many times as you'd like.

Do I need to complete a survey in one go?
Arrow

It is recommended that surveys are taken in one session; try to find a quiet place free from distractions! However, progress can be saved on all surveys. Pick up where you left off by signing into your account. Surveys can be completed at your convenience. Some surveys expire after a set time limit.

Payouts
How do payouts work?

Payouts are initiated for completed, submitted surveys that show no red flags for authenticity. They can take up to 6 weeks to reach your account. We keep you posted on the status of your payout from start to finish. Payouts are sent via different methods depending on your country of residence: 
US: PayPal, Mailed Check
Canada: E-Transfer, E-gift card, PayPal
Europe/Japan/China/Latin America: Western Union, PayPal, E-gift card

You can also opt to have your payout donated to a charity of your choice. The charity of choice would need to be able to accept donations via credit card. Please reach out to us for more info on donations.

When will I get paid?

Payouts can take up to 6 weeks from the conclusion of the survey to reach your account.

I was only able to complete half the survey. Can I receive partial payment?

Respondents are eligible to receive a payout only for surveys that are considered complete.

Where can I see how much I've earned?
Arrow

You can track your earnings through your account. Sign in and tap on History to see what you've earned when.

I haven't received my payout. What should I do?
Arrow

Payments can take up to 6 weeks to process. Ensure your account information is accurate, and please reach out to us in case of any issues with receiving your payout.
